Calls and meetings

Open the call first and your notes second. They share the screen half and half, so you can see faces and take notes without juggling windows.

Sharing your own screen? Press ⌃⌥P for Clean Space: the window you want to show fills a plain screen, and nothing else on it is in view. Turn on No peek mode (⌃⌥D) to keep your other windows unreadable.

When someone else shares their screen, press ⌃⌥Z with the call active to fill the screen with it. Press it again to get your notes back.

If you’d rather keep working with the call off to the side, make the call window active and press ⌃⌥F. It leaves the layout, and your other windows fill its space. Move and size the call window however you like; Shoji leaves it alone. Press ⌃⌥F again after the call to tile it.

If you never want your call app tiled, open it, click the Shoji icon in the menu bar, and turn off Tile app name. See Floating and excluding windows.
